THE FINNISH NATIONAL COSTUMES

In Finland many towns and regions have their own national costumes. Not every region has a costume both for a man and a woman, many regions have national costumes only for women. Our city Järvenpää doesn't have its own costume, so the national costumes in the pictures are from the neighbouring towns Tuusula and Nurmijärvi. Tuusula has a national costume only for a woman, Nurmijärvi has a costume both for a man and a woman.
